Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, consistent wifi. Spacious room, huge, comfortable bed. Convenient market, shops, and historic sites within walking distance, even for Metro station. Museum of Greek Gastronomy in Agiou Dimitriou Street offers excellent dining options nearby.

The staff at the front office, Georg and Rolland, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even allowed me to have an early morning breakfast at 5:30 am before my departure. The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to the historical part of the city and the market. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. I particularly enjoyed having a lunch on the beautiful rooftop. The pool, although a bit small for the number of people, was still nice. a great experience for longer-term business travelers like myself.

We had a fantastic stay in Athens. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything but in a slightly seedy area. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, as it was unventilated and had a broken light fixture. However, the service at the hotel was excellent. The staff was warm, friendly, and professional. They made us feel welcome and attended to all of our needs. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop, where we could relax and watch the sunset while enjoying our excellent cocktails. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

One negative aspect of our stay was the maid service. The room was tidied but the sheets were not changed unless we requested, and the cups and cutlery were not replaced with new ones.

The hotel was fantastic for families, clean pool, friendly staff, great location, well-appointed rooms, interconnecting family room.

Additionally, the hotel's location in the heart of the city allowed me to easily explore all the attractions and landmarks that Athens has to offer, all within a short 15-minute walk. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It's very central, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff, especially the receptionist, provided superior service. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and a soundproofed room. Located close to all the major sights, Hotel Fresh is situated in a mixed but fascinating neighborhood. The rooms are trendy and clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar and pool area offer great views of the city, and the gym is well-equipped. The breakfast is superb, and the hotel's Wi-Fi access is generally good. The area surrounding the hotel is filled with excellent bars and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for food and entertainment.

The area does have some not so great characters walking around, so it's important to be aware of your surroundings.
